Carlos Atanes is a Spanish film director, writer and playwright. He was born in Barcelona in 1971, and is a member of The Film-Makers' Cooperative, founded by Jonas Mekas, Shirley Clarke, Ken Jacobs, Andy Warhol, Jack Smith and others.
